Additionally, you will conduct regular visits to franchise sites to monitor compliance and identify areas for enhancement. You will also analyze financial and operational data to develop trends, provide feedback to franchise owners, and collaborate on performance objectives and action plans. As the primary contact for franchise owners, you will build relationships, facilitate communication between franchisees and the corporate office, and organize meetings and calls for sharing best practices and updates. You will also assist in onboarding new franchise owners and support the launch of new locations. Continuous improvement, industry trend monitoring, and providing recommendations for enhancing the franchise model will be part of your responsibilities. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, have at least 5 years of experience in franchise operations, possess leadership and problem-solving skills, and be willing to travel extensively.
