Leader, Engineering-SW developer, agile methodology, Python, kubernetes, Cybersecurity, automation, PCB or semiconductor

Your Impact

As anEngineering Leader, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering transformative solutions while mentoring and growing a high-performing team. In this role, you will:

Lead by Example:Manage adiverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
Coach and Mentor:Guide career development for team members, coachingjunior engineersand maximizing the potential ofsenior team members.
Deliver Business Solutions:Drive the development and implementation of technical solutions that address key business challenges for theTechnology and Quality Systems Groupand its stakeholders.
Build Strategic Partnerships:Collaborate withGlobal Manufacturing Operations (GMO)andProduct Operationsto establish and execute a technical roadmap aligned with joint business goals.
Develop the Team:Build a strongtechnical leadership pipelinewhile driving solutions that meet business needs and enable organizational growth.
Champion Organizational Growth:Represent organizational strategies and supportsite development initiativesfor long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications

You bring a blend oftechnical expertise,people management skills, and a strong drive to lead impactful programs.

Education:
Bachelor's degree inEngineering or Science, and an MBA or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
5+ yearsof experience managingengineering teamswith 10+ members.
Proven experience inpeople management, including hiring, staffing, performance evaluations, and managing team expectations.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving successful,complex programs.
Experience working in business organizations, managingcross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.

You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the manufacturing domain and a passion for driving innovation.

Exceptional ability to buildinternal and external stakeholder networksand foster relationships to deliver on strategic plans and projects.
