Lead/AM - Bid Management

The role of Lead/AM - Bid Management in this ITES/BPO/KPO company requires you to manage and anchor client requests such as RFP/RFI. You will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders, providing industry expertise, and offering your point of view. Your tasks will include understanding and translating client requirements into solution offerings, solution plans, proposals, and cost estimates using standard processes. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop industry-based solutions and collaborate with various domains such as Finance & Accounting, Sourcing & Procurement, and Human Resources services. It is essential to have a clear understanding of different commercial models and their implications, enabling you to devise commercial constructs that best suit the nature of work and client requirements. In this role, you will also be analyzing different segments of service markets, synthesizing market intelligence reports, producing thought papers, and converting them into service offerings to drive continuous improvement. Key Skills required for this role include Bid Management and Presales. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree and should be prepared to work full time on a permanent basis in either Bangalore or Pune.
