Lead UX Designer

Role Overview: As an experienced UX & UI Design professional, your role will involve collaborating with principal stakeholders and decision makers in client organizations to understand their Business/Organization Goals and User/Customer Behavior. You will create Design Roadmaps & Strategies for their Services & Products, collect & analyze Business Requirements, and convert sales inquiries into projects. Leading prioritization discussions with leadership teams, defining scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Design Studio & projects to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client. - Guide excellent design delivery, with a thorough understanding of UX & UI Design. - Work closely with Frontend & backend development, Content & Communication, Digital Marketing, and other teams to ensure project success. - Manage profitability of the projects & design studio. - Facilitate constant learning for team members within the organization. - Stay up-to-date with the latest achievements, best practices, and trends in design. - Establish best practices and design-thinking processes across the organization. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of core UX & UI Design experience. - At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a small to medium design team (20 to 40 Members). - Experience in leading at least 12 product design client projects involving UX & UI Design teams and Front end development teams. - Led & delivered at least 3 client projects in CX or Service Design. - Proficiency in UX & UI Design for web, mobile & TV. - Willingness to travel for short/long durations in India and abroad for work. - Thought Leader in Strategic UX Design. - Ability to decode complex technical content. Note: The job also requires strong skills in User Experience (UX) Design, Team Management, User Interface (UI) Design, Design thinking, and Visual Designing.,
