Lead Technical Content Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Content Developer at Iamneo, you will be responsible for designing and developing production-quality web applications for learning projects and assessments. Your role will involve creating full-stack templates and sample projects in MERN / MEAN / .NET Core, aligned with industry standards. Additionally, you will develop and integrate REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, database models, and real-world workflows to build practical skills for learners. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop production-quality web applications for learning projects or assessments. - Create full-stack templates and sample projects in MERN / MEAN / .NET Core, following industry standards. - Develop and integrate REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, database models, and real-world workflows. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical robustness, scalability, and pedagogical relevance. - Review and refactor codebases to maintain best practices in architecture, security, and performance. - Work with QA and content teams to enable projects for testing and auto-evaluation within the platform. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to the design of the overall learning architecture. - Lead and mentor a team of content developers, allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality. - Provide technical guidance and support team growth. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content goals. Preferred Technical Expertise: For MERN Stack: - React.js (hooks, state management), Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB - REST APIs, JWT, Redux, Webpack - Testing with Jest / Mocha For MEAN Stack: - Angular (v12+), Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB - RxJS, Angular CLI, TypeScript - Testing with Karma / Jasmine For .NET Stack: - ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, Entity Framework Core - SQL Server, Web API, Microservices - Angular (for frontend), HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Testing with NUnit, Karma Must-Have Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - 5+ years of full-stack development experience. - Strong in real-world application development, emphasizing clean, maintainable, and modular code. - Experience in Agile/Scrum teams or startups. - Passion for education, learning, and enhancing developers" growth.
