Lead Teamcenter PLM Admin

The Teamcenter PLM Admin position requires a candidate with 6-10 years of relevant experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM Product Lifecycle Management framework and tools. You will be responsible for understanding the use of Teamcenter PLM application in product design and manufacturing, as well as handling tasks such as Bill of material Change Management, BMIDE Access Management, Utilities, and Templates. Your role will involve tasks such as Installation, Configuration, Deployments, and Reports related to Teamcenter PLM. You should have a strong understanding of the Teamcenter Architecture, experience with rich client server and utility development, and be able to provide second-level support for specific products and technology components. Your responsibilities will include coordinating problem resolution with third parties, overseeing the daily operations of customer accounts representatives, and maintaining customer relationships. In this role, you will be expected to utilize your in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs to educate customers and team members within the department. Experience in support projects, SLA Governance, and providing user support in a global multi-discipline environment is essential. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, coordinate support activities, identify solutions for complex issues, provide metrics for the support team, assure data integrity, and offer solutions when inconsistencies are identified. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with users are key requirements for this position. This is a Contract to Hire position with a Work From Office arrangement in PAN India locations, and the selected candidate should be able to start immediately or within 15 days of notice.,
