Lead (T24-Temenos) Business Architect

Role Overview: You are a highly experienced T24 Lead Business Consultant who will join a dynamic team to lead core banking transformation initiatives. Your expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact), strong business acumen in banking operations, and proven track record in delivering complex T24 implementations and upgrades will be pivotal in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end T24 implementation and upgrade projects across retail, corporate, and private banking domains. - Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and propose solutions aligned with business goals. - Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for functional discussions. - Guide and mentor junior consultants and business analysts on T24 best practices. - Support SIT/UAT phases by preparing test cases, validating results, and resolving defects. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customization. - Drive Process Lead workshops (PLW), training sessions, and documentation for client teams. - Need to have a high-level understanding of T24 Technical knowledge. - Must have a high-level knowledge of Integration and API Setups.
