LEAD SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

As a Customer Support Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Memorizing scripts for products and services, and referring to them during calls. - Building positive relationships towards service, ensuring that all queries and confirmations are handled appropriately. - Identifying opportunities for more sales and revenue of the company's available chit products at branch level, and seizing opportunities to upsell when appropriate. - Meeting daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and as a team member, and achieving all objectives for productivity and quality. - Creating and maintaining a record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using the call-centre database. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Graduation or equivalent degree (B Sc, B Com, B. Tech, B.A, BBA and BCA). - Minimum 0 - 6 Months Experience working in a call centre or customer-support role. - Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills. - Professionality in product pitching and convincing. - Proficiency in Tamil or Kannada language to handle the customers. - Multi lingual ability is an added advantage (Tamil, Kannada, and English). - Experience in customer sales will be a key asset.,
