As a Structural & Piping Design and Detailing Lead, your role involves leading and managing the design teams. You will review and approve various types of drawings, ensuring design accuracy and compliance with codes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating between different disciplines, performing design validation, and supervising team performance and project deliverables. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, support client reviews and technical meetings, and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Structural & Piping Design and Detailing teams - Review and approve GA drawings, fabrication drawings, isometrics, and layout drawings - Coordinate between piping, structural, civil, and mechanical disciplines - Perform design validation and clash detection - Supervise team performance, project deliverables, and drawing schedules - Mentor and guide junior designers and engineers - Support during client reviews, design audits, and technical meetings Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering - Minimum 6+ years of combined experience in Piping Engineering and Structural Detailing - Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, or Process Plant projects preferred In addition to the technical skills and qualifications, you should have excellent team-handling, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D and AutoCAD 2D Detailing/Drafting, as well as a strong knowledge of structural steel design and piping layouts, is essential. Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines will be key to success in this role. Please note that immediate joiners will be given priority for this Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary position. The work location is in person.
