We are seeking a skilled and visionary Lead Structural Engineer to lead innovative projects for our global clientele. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in structural engineering who are ready to mentor teams and drive excellence across large-scale, international assignments. Experience in steel structures, particularly in tower projects, is a strong advantage. Location: Teynampet, Chennai (Work from Office) Experience: 3 to 10 Years Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Key Responsibilities Lead the design and structural analysis of complex, safe, and efficient structures. Mentor and guide engineering and drafting teams to achieve project goals. Collaborate with international clients to ensure alignment on quality and timelines. Work hands-on using tools such as Staad Pro, RISA 3D, T-TAS, ETABS, and Guy Master. Preferred experience in Telecommunication Tower Structures including lattice towers, monopoles, guyed masts, various foundations, rooftop structures, wall mounts, platform mounts, and sector mounts. Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined schedules and budgets. Ensure all designs comply with local and international standards. Steel structure and tower project experience is a strong added advantage.
