Lead - Stores

As an ACG Engineering professional, you will be responsible for leading the entire store and material management function independently. This includes efficiently managing inward and outward material flow, ensuring timely and accurate generation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and maintaining proper documentation, stock registers, and compliance as per audit standards. You will also be required to operate and manage SAP/MM Module or any other ERP software for store operations. Your role will involve developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, as well as liaising with Plant Head, HODs, Finance Head, and other key stakeholders for smooth operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing periodic reports on material status, shortages, overstocking, aging, etc., and monitoring inventory accuracy to minimize material loss, pilferage, and damages.
