Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities) We are actively looking for a highly competent IT Business Analysis Specialist to support our team with the below roles and responsibilities. Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances (2014/2016/2019/2022) Monitor and optimize performance using tools like SQL Profiler, Extended Events, and Query Store Plan and implement backup/recovery strategies using native tools or third-party solutions Manage database security, roles, and permissions in alignment with audit requirements Support high availability solutions (Always On Availability Groups, Failover Clustering) Perform regular maintenance activities including patching and indexing Collaborate with development teams to support database design, query optimization, and deployments Maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and troubleshooting Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing Requirements: 8+ Years of relevant experience in any domain preferably Health Domain. Extensive hands-on experience with SQL Server (2014 and above) Strong knowledge of T-SQL, indexing, query tuning, and execution plans Experience with SQL Server Agent jobs, SSIS, SSRS, and automated monitoring Proficiency in performance tuning and resolving deadlocks and blocking issues Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting for automation Strong understanding of backup and disaster recovery best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Desired Skills: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI) or AWS RDS for Oracle Exposure to Goldengate or other replication technologies Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical systems Education & Certifications: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
