Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights to enhance the service provided to the global partner ecosystem. This role is suited for an individual passionate about Excel, Power BI, and enterprise ticketing platforms like ServiceNow, with the potential to progress into a Program Manager / Governance role in the future. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to monitor SLAs, ticket trends, and partner-ecosystem performance. - Extract, clean, and analyze data from ServiceNow and other internal systems to identify patterns, recurring issues, and areas for process enhancements. - Translate complex data into coherent business narratives and visual stories for executives and cross-functional teams. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Advanced Excel including Pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modeling. - Expertise in Power BI, involving building interactive dashboards, writing DAX queries, and designing data models. - Familiarity with ServiceNow (reporting, data extraction, or API usage) or a strong willingness to learn quickly. Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages for handling large datasets. - Ability to convey data insights effectively through storytelling. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
