Lead Software Engineer - .Net

Role Overview: You will be a part of Coupa's development group, where your primary responsibility will be the design, development, and maintenance of the product. Working closely with the Product and Design teams, you will contribute to building new features that address business problems and needs. Your role will involve participating in code reviews to ensure robust and maintainable code, working in an agile environment, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the platform, process, and business, collaborating with support and professional services teams to resolve customer issues, and assisting in scaling the platform as it expands. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain the product in collaboration with the Product and Design teams - Build new features to solve business problems and meet business needs - Participate in code reviews to ensure the creation of robust and maintainable code - Work in an agile environment, focusing on quick iterations and feedback - Identify opportunities for platform, process, and business improvements - Collaborate with support and professional services teams to address customer issues - Assist in scaling the platform as it grows Qualifications Required: - 9+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development using .net / .net core - Proficiency in .net / C# and ideally JavaScript - Strong passion for developing enterprise web applications using modern architecture principles - Familiarity with web-accessibility/WCAG standards - Experience working collaboratively in a globally distributed team - Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps/CICD models - Eagerness to stay updated with programming trends and incorporate new ideas into the codebase Additional Details: Coupa operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations on equal opportunity, offering an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
