Lead Software Engineer - Java & Python

Qualifications Required: - Possess formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and at least 5 years of applied experience. - Experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Kafka, along with familiarity with Microservices architecture and related technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and API Gateway. - Experience with distributed tracing and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is desired. - Hands-on practical experience in delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability is essential, and proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods is a must. - Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and have an advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. - Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) is required, along with practical cloud-native experience.
