Lead Software Engineer - Java Full Stack Developer

The company fosters a thriving internal community and is dedicated to creating a workplace that reflects the world it serves. - Provides technical and domain expertise for the Security Masterfile functions for the modernized (MRD) Security Master platform. - Assists in the technical design of application components, builds applications, interfaces between applications, and understands data security, retention, and recovery. - Contributes to technology-specific best practices & standards. - Works with QA and Product partners to ensure quality of delivery against specified requirements. - Reviews and extends data models. - Implements solutions and complete test plans while mentoring other team members in standard methodology. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Being a domain expert on one or more programming languages, vendor products, DTCC applications, data structures, and business lines. - Working with Infrastructure partners to stand up development, testing, and production environments. - Collaborating with the Functional Architect to ensure designs satisfy functional requirements. - Constructing test cases and strategies that account for performance requirements. - Developing and maintaining system documentation. - Aligning risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk. Qualifications: - Minimum of 7+ years of related experience. - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Talents Needed For Success: - 7+ years experience in full-stack development, including Angular UI application development, core Java development with Spring and Springboot, and automated unit testing. - 3+ years experience with Oracle RDBMS, SQL Query development, and Stored Procedure development. - Experience with Eclipse, Git/BitBucket, Maven, Jenkins, HiPAM tools, and deploying to/configuring Tomcat application servers. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team environment. - Experience with RESTful API development and creation of Swagger/OpenAPI specifications is a plus.,
