Job Description

As a Lead Software Engineer (Java Full Stack Developer) at the company, you will work with the industry's most passionate and engaged global team. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for globally distributed customer-facing products - Leading and mentoring junior team members - Supporting agile development practices - Contributing to the technology strategy for Operational insights products - Researching, creating, and evaluating technical solutions using current and upcoming technologies and frameworks You will work with technologies such as Java, J2EE, microservices, RESTful APIs, Angular, Web Services, JavaScript, Docker, and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. Additionally, you will utilize UI/UX frameworks, API tooling, Cloud and DevOps architecture, and various databases and tools to support product development. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems - Relevant work experience - Solid understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies - Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving - Strong communication skills - Experience in designing and deploying Java webservices Beneficial experiences include familiarity with standard and regulatory compliance, agile development practices, and exposure to trending technologies like AI/ML, IOT, Bot, and Quantum Computing.
