Lead Software Engineer

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications. You will work with technologies like Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript to deliver scalable solutions. Your role will involve managing and optimizing SQL/NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB and MySQL. Ensuring operational adherence to TAT for Bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical processes will be crucial. You will also be expected to promote a culture of quality documentation and knowledge sharing. Architecting and maintaining high-performance, secure RESTful APIs and web services will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, mentoring and guiding team members to foster technical excellence will be a key aspect of your role.
