Lead Software Engineer

Position: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with at least 10 years of professional experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SQL, PostgreSQL, .NET (C#/.NET Core), PowerShell, or other relevant programming languages. The role requires a deep understanding of database design, backend and frontend development, and automation scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

Work with SQL and PostgreSQL to design efficient database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.

Develop backend services using .NET Core/.NET Framework (C#) or JAVA and integrate with frontend applications.

Create automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages for system maintenance, deployment, and configuration management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Ensure application security, performance optimization, and adherence to best coding practices.

Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to the improvement of development processes.

Crystall Reports Development experience

HL7 Development experience

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in software development with hands-on expertise in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL, including writing stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.

Extensive experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework (C#), Java, or Python for backend development.

Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Blazor (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure management.

Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.

Proficiency in source control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based database solutions and optimization techniques.

Strong understanding of security best practices in application development.

Pharma or Life Science Domain Experience is a Plus
