Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack Technologies

As a Lead Software Engineer at our company, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, QA teams, and other development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining the software code base of Credit products in an agile environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating, developing, and maintaining the software code base of Credit products in an agile environment - Working with end users to address and fix defects - Analyzing and reviewing system requirements to gain a comprehensive understanding of application functionality - Actively participating in building phases to deliver high-quality results - Providing recommendations for product and development environment enhancements Qualifications required for this role: - Software developer with a total of 8+ years of experience - Minimum 5 years of development experience in Angular, VueJS, or any JavaScript framework - Minimum 5 years of backend development experience in Python or .NET with a willingness to get cross-trained - Experience in Python-based full stack development using FAST API, dependency management, and debugging knowledge on cloud infrastructure - Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud computing, preferably AWS - Minimum 5 years of experience in databases (Relational/NoSQL) - Understanding of multi-threaded workflow development, asynchronous programming, and debugging - Knowledge of designing system architectures and implementing systems accordingly - Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD tools like Harness/Jenkins - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Understanding of source control tools, preferably Git - Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal relationships - Experience working in agile software development - Bachelor's degree in computer science or an engineering field is strongly preferred Please note that Morningstar is an equal opportunity employer.,
