Provide technical leadership across full stack development and cloud migration efforts. Define best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-native applications. Mentor senior developers and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development and deployment processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. - Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. - Exercise original thought and judgment while supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. - Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline to meet standard software engineer skills expectations. - Lead large-scale application modernization projects with a proven track record. - Hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework, Azure cloud services, microservices, API design, and cloud-native patterns. - Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC). - Certifications in Azure architecture or development. - Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework and full stack development. - Strong architectural experience with Azure cloud services and migration strategies. - Hands-on experience with microservices, API design, and cloud-native patterns. - Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC). - Certifications in Azure architecture or development. - Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries.
