Job Description

As part of an Indian / Global Digital Organization, you will be responsible for owning and driving backend projects from brainstorming to production systems. Your main focus will be on designing and constructing cloud-native microservices that are resilient, observable, and horizontally scalable. Collaboration in a high-velocity environment with short iteration cycles and frequent A/B testing will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and construct cloud-native microservices - Collaborate in a high-velocity environment with short iteration cycles - Utilize Redshift and other AWS-native analytics tools for guiding product decisions - Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product workflows - Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, and fostering a strong technical culture within the team Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in Core Java for object-oriented programming - Experience in building enterprise-grade backend systems - Knowledge of advanced Java concepts like multithreading, concurrency, and JVM internals - Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using the Spring Boot framework - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS - Familiarity with Redshift, relational databases (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL), and cloud-native analytics tools - Exposure to integrating AI/ML models or services into backend workflows - Understanding of continuous integration/deployment pipelines and relevant tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.,
