Role Overview

Lead Application Developer

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development:

  • Use

    TypeScript

    ,

    React

    , and modern UI frameworks to develop and support Web Applications or Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Develop robust

    APIs

    and backend services using

    C#/.NET / Python/ Node

    for application-specific and enterprise-wide use.
  • Strong experience with both

    relational

    (SQL Server) and

    NoSQL databases

    (Cosmos DB, MongoDB), including design, optimization, and integration in cloud-based applications.

Cloud & Architecture:

  • Design and implement solutions leveraging

    Microsoft Azure

    , including

    App Services

    ,

    Functions

    , and

    Serverless architectures

    .
  • Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and

    Azure AI services

    is useful for AI features and integration.

DevOps & Automation:

  • Develop and maintain

    CI/CD pipelines as code

    using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Promote development standards through automation, code reviews, and release management.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Proven experience in

    leading

    and managing development teams, driving technology deliverables from design through deployment while ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with

    Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts

    to translate vision and requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide developers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Quality & Support:

  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and adherence to functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Provide

    Level 3 support

    for application incidents, including triaging, bug fixes, and patching.

  • Familiarity with

  • Strong understanding of

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
