Profile: Lead Software Developer Education: B.tech/ M.tech/ BCA/ MCA/ IT Location: Kolkata( WFO) Salary: 8 LPA Responsibilities: 1. Should have experience across diverse technical industry 2. Must have experience in Software Architecture, Data design, System design, Software Design, Development etc. 3. Expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Design, Development, Integration, Maintenance, Implementation. 4. Have experience of leading, mentoring, and managing teamsin different projects and industries. 5. To handle software development team. Create WBS, provide technical guidance, manage assignments and evaluate. 6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback. 7. Provide guidance on data design, architecture and coding standards. 8. Have experience on software engineering design and management. Required Skills: 5+ years in the tech industry with at least 2 years in a leadership (Team Lead / Architect etc) role. Worked in live projects with at least 3 different programming languages C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, Java, etc. The languages mentioned here are not restrictive. Variety is important. Strong understanding of and hands-on with data design and data lifecycle management. Has definitive understanding of different types of database concepts like RDBMS, Document Database, NoSQL database etc. Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure or Similar SCM : Git CI/ CD : Fluent with the concepts and practices of modern DevOps platforms like GitHub/ GitLab DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
