Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in Field Service to understand the Field Service SOP related with Warranty
Conversant with IT System MS Office, SAP & DBM
Thorough Technical knowledge in Automobiles and component manufacturing process

Training and Development of Dealer Service

Overall Monitoring STC & RTC activities & Performance, New Training Center Establishment
To liaise with Service Technical, PD & OEM suppliers and develop training content.
To develop new training module and Training hand outs
To vet all new SOPs
Developing training calendar based on the training needs
STC Administration and Manpower database management
Identifying the training needs and ensure the availability
Update of Skill Level (Dealer Technician, Supervisors & ALSEs)
Monthly MIS Circulation
Attendance of Outsourced Employees
Expense statement of Outsourced Employees
Making Approval Note for New training Centres and other STC related activities
Developing the technical/soft skills competency
Monitoring Training quality
To prepare and review syllabus for all training modules annually
AL Service engineer refresher training.
Planning OJT
Competency Mapping
Training Need Identification
Study the requirement of SMT
In-house Tools & Meteorology Maintenance
