Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers.

- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions with integration to SAP HANA.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP and HANA technologies. Develop and maintain software based on product backlog features and developed high-level design.

- Continuous integration on configuration and delivery.

- Perform technical reviews on software design and coding

- Follow standard team processes and guidelines and ensure process conformance.

- Participate in Weekly meetings/calls with internal and external Product Owners.

- Contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of his/her project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible.

- Raise flags proactively for any issue that can impact his/her project or team.

Education/Training : BE, MCA (Preferred), B.Sc. in Computer Science

Technical Specifications :

Must :

- Familiarity with SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, QM, etc.)

- ABAP/4 Object programming

- Object Oriented ABAP applications on SAP NetWeaver platform

- Data dictionary object Creation (Tables, Views, Data elements, search, etc...)

- Dialog Programming (Screen elements, Screen painter, Table control, Tab script, Screen flow logic, module pool, etc...)

- Experience in core ABAP programming (Classical/Interactive Reports, SMARTFORMS, Adobe form and ALV reports, Enhancement etc.)

- Experience in building interfaces (RFCs, File interface, Web services, BAPI)

- Understanding of Parallel processing in ABAP

- Experience in memory and performance tracing and solutions to improve them.

- Experience in dynamic coding in ABAP

- Extensive experience with SAP ABAP development.

- Proficiency in SAP HANA.

- Experience with UI5, Fiori

- Experience with SAP BW and BEx queries

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
