Job Description

As a OmniStudio Salesforce Lead at Perficient, you will be a key player in architecting and implementing Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions through leveraging OmniStudio tools, Health Cloud, and integration capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: - **Solution Design & Development:** - Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors. - Implement Salesforce Health Cloud and Industry Cloud features tailored to meet client requirements. - **Leadership & Mentorship:** - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and scalability. - **Integration & Customization:** - Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce tools. - Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. - **Project Delivery:** - Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - **Innovation & Best Practices:** - Stay updated on Salesforce releases and OmniStudio enhancements. - Promote AI-first and automation-driven approaches within Salesforce implementations. Qualifications: - **Experience:** 6-10 years in Salesforce development, with a minimum of 3 years in OmniStudio (Vlocity). - **Technical Skills:** - Strong expertise in OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors). - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration. - Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Industry Cloud solutions. - Knowledge of APIs, ETL, and integration frameworks. - **Certifications:** - Salesforce OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certification preferred. - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or equivalent certifications. While Perficient has offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Nagpur, and Pune, this position offers a hybrid work model. You can report to the office nearest to your current location when needed.
