• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborating with field teams to bring authentic, community-based insights to life.
• Creating impact reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and partner use.
• Staying informed on current social development trends and policies.

You are someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in social research, development studies, or related fields.
• Can translate data into meaningful narratives and actionable strategies.
• Is curious, empathetic, and deeply aligned with Vasudhārā’s mission of reaching under-served communities across India.
• Communicates clearly and works well both independently and collaboratively.
