Job Description

Academic & Research Leadership:

Research Development & Enhancement:

Academic Program Improvement:

Provide domain leadership in academic research, drug trials, academic programs, and scientific publication.
Demonstrate a spike in at least one of the domains: Research (preferred) or Academics.
Manage regulatory compliance with bodies such as the Ethics Committee, DNB Board, etc.
Identify and mentor clinicians interested in research and facilitate their engagement.
Promote cross-facility collaboration and research synergies.
Source research grants from government bodies and private agencies.
Liaise with pharma companies, CROs, and supply chain partners for drug trials.
Build partnerships with national and international hospitals and institutions for collaborative studies.
Provide end-to-end oversight of research projects: protocol development, ethics approvals, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Oversee the development, implementation, and periodic evaluation of academic programs and courses.
Recruit, train, and supervise academic staff and faculty.
Oversee and manage student affairs, including induction, welfare, and academic progress tracking.
