Lead Recovery Analyst

As a Recovery Analyst at FIS, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical functions and prioritize recovery efforts. - Collaborating with Business Units to develop and maintain business continuity plans. - Testing and evaluating existing continuity plans to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. - Providing training and support to stakeholders as per policies and standards. - Staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to business continuity and disaster recovery. - Effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels. - Utilizing time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timelines are met as per agreed SLAs. - Adhering to policies, standards, and guidelines set forth by executive management. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-6 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Disaster Recovery Planner certification is desirable. Additional responsibilities may include: - Developing and implementing templates and tools to facilitate recovery planning and exercises. - Guiding employees in using tools and templates for plan development and recovery testing. - Assessing planning materials for compliance with governance. - Reviewing recovery plans to ensure compliance with governance. - Coordinating and monitoring disaster recovery testing exercise events. - Maintaining test schedule and responding during disasters. - Performing any other related duties as assigned.
