Lead Qualification- Inbound Calling Process

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional support as an Inbound Call Centre Executive on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and address their queries. - Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and procedures. - Professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. - Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department. - Follow call scripts and company guidelines for consistent service quality. - Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in customer interactions.
