Lead QA/QC

As a QA Lead for EPC Oil & Gas Projects in Kochi, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving quality assurance processes with a focus on ISO audits, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OHAS), and Environmental Management Systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved throughout project lifecycle. - Ensure adherence to ISO 45001:2018 (OHAS) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) standards. - Plan and execute supplier audits to evaluate compliance with quality and HSE standards. - Prepare detailed audit reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans. - Identify process enhancement opportunities and implement best practices. - Provide training and guidance on quality assurance procedures to project teams. **Qualifications:** - Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in EPC projects within Oil & Gas industry. - Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification preferred. - Additional certifications in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are advantageous. - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in quality management software, and ability to work independently or in a multidisciplinary team.,
