Lead QA - Automation testing (Selenium & Mobile)

Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in leading Quality Assurance teams (Minimum of 5+ team members)
• A minimum of 8+ years experience in manual testing and design test plan/ strategy and test cases
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in automation testing using UI (Selenium with Python/ Java/ C#) and Mobile automation (Appium with Python/ Java)
• Design and implemented different automation framework

Primary Skills (Must have experience):

• Experience in manual testing and design test plan/ strategy and test cases
• Experience in automation testing using UI (Selenium with Python/ Java/ C#) and Mobile automation (Appium with Python/ Java)
• Design and implemented different automation framework
• Knowledge of web application testing
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, and automation testing
• Experience in evaluating tools as per project needs
• Disciplined approach to testing and documentation
• Ability to define and document best practices and standards and always on lookout of new ways to improving the QA process
• Experience in interacting with customers and understand their requirements
• Experience in creating quality dashboards and other metrics
• Experience with defect reporting and escalation procedures to Senior Management
• Strong organization, collaboration, and time management skills
• Must be good in mentoring team member
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Team-player attitude and the ability to work in a multi-tasking, cross-collaborative fast spaced environment, driving other people for the common goal
• Must be able to identify and learn new technologies quickly
• Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction

Secondary Skills:

• Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience with SQL query design
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
