Were Hiring: Lead QA Automation Engineer Location: Mysuru, Kochi (Onsite) Interview Date: Face-to-Face – 17th May 2025 @ 10:00 AM (Mysore) Experience: 10–12 Years Client & Salary: To be shared during the call Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Key Responsibilities: 1-Automation Leadership: -Architect robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, WebDriverIO Own CI/CD test integration using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI 2-Team Management: -Guide and mentor QA Engineers and SDETs -Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality 3-QA Strategy & Execution: -Define test strategies, test plans, and ensure comprehensive coverage -Manage both manual and automated testing for critical releases -Lead defect triage and coordinate resolution with engineering teams 4-Process Improvement: -Champion best practices, evaluate new tools, and elevate QA standards -Stay updated on industry trends to ensure cutting-edge testing methodologies Must-Have Skills: -6+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium & WebDriverIO -Proficiency in Java Programming, TestNG/JUnit, Maven -Deep understanding of automation frameworks and QA methodologies -Strong experience with CI/CD integration -Excellent communication and leadership skills Ready to lead a high-impact QA team?
