Role Overview: As a Lead- Projects at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, you will be overall responsible for the execution of projects. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring completion of project activities within scheduled timelines, administratively managing staff related to the project location, monitoring and reporting project development progress to the Vertical head, overseeing key financials and cash flows, coordinating with clients for project progress and financials, as well as co-coordinating with various departments to mitigate delays in sub-functions impacting project schedule and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure completion of project activities within scheduled timelines. - Administer staff related to the project based on location. - Continuously monitor and report project development progress to the Vertical head. - Monitor and communicate key financials and cash flows of the project to leadership. - Coordinate with clients for project progress, hindrances, and financials. - Coordinate with concerned departments to show implications of delays in sub-functions to the overall project schedule and budget. Qualification Required: - Willingness to travel as and when required.
