As a Lead- Projects at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your role involves being overall responsible for the execution of projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring completion of project activities within scheduled timelines. - Administering staff related to the project based on location. - Monitoring and reporting project development to the Vertical head regarding time and cost deviations, including lead time for critical procurement items. - Communicating key financials and cash flows of the project to the leadership. - Coordinating with the client for project progress, hindrances, and execution of activities including financial aspects (billing, JMC, etc.). - Coordinating with concerned departments to assess implications of delays in sub-functions on the overall project schedule and budget, such as supply scheduling delays impacting billed values.
