Job Description

As a Product Specialist at Zenoti, your primary responsibility will be to analyze business requirements and translate them into Zenoti product features for adoption by existing customers. Your functional skills, in-depth product knowledge, and understanding of customer needs will enable you to identify pain points, configure product features effectively within the Zenoti application, and ensure customers are trained on the platform to achieve their business goals through increased adoption of our solutions. Working collaboratively with internal teams and customers, you will play a key role in helping them succeed in their businesses. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with customers to lead implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements to their Zenoti solution. - Understand customer business requirements, define scope, plan and implement enhancements and adoption of Zenoti software features to streamline operations and increase revenue. - Independently handle customer adoption procedures while delivering excellent customer service. - Lead demos, training sessions, conduct walk-throughs, and solution reviews through effective customer presentations. - Drive proofs of concept and pilots for high-priority and complex customers. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks, unknowns, and issues to the implementation plan, addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. - Stay updated on Zenoti product knowledge, business workflow, processes, and market positioning. - Maintain thorough documentation and follow organizational processes to ensure successful implementation of Zenoti software features and products. - Work and communicate across groups, articulating compliance and risk management needs. **Qualifications Required:** - 10 years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise SaaS products. - Open to working in Night shifts. - Strong software background with the ability to master product functionality, translate complex requirements into viable product design, and configure software solutions. - Strong business consulting experience or equivalent in an external customer-facing role. - Proven ability to learn enterprise applications quickly and experience in implementing cloud solutions. - Excellent communication skills to engage with non-technical customer stakeholders and translate their requirements into business solutions. - Experience in driving technical discussions, discovery workshops, mapping business requirements to product functionality for maximum customer impact. - Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work across different time zones with remote teams. - Strong ability to deliver excellent customer presentations and training sessions. - Eagerness to learn about revenue opportunities and challenges in the health and wellness industry.
