As a passionate and strategic product leader with a deep understanding of B2B software and platform services, you will play a crucial role in owning and driving the strategy for several critical modules that anchor the global product at the company. You will be responsible for creating a scalable platform that seamlessly integrates with external systems, empowers customers with valuable data insights, and delivers a truly inclusive experience through localization and accessibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Product Strategy and Vision: Own and develop the product strategy and roadmap for key platform capabilities, including integrations, data services, and core platform functionality. - Drive Integration as a Platform: Define the strategy for the integration ecosystem, manage APIs, build robust integrations with external systems, and expose these capabilities as a scalable platform for core application and third-party developers. - Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Spearhead the product strategy for data services, define data collection, organization, and storage procedures, and provide valuable reports and dashboards for customers and internal stakeholders. - Own Horizontal Capabilities: Drive the product strategy for critical horizontal features focusing on localization and accessibility to ensure global readiness and user-centric design. - Be a Hands-On Leader: Partner with engineers, designers, and data analysts to define, design, build, launch, and measure new products and features. - Communicate with Clarity: Build influence through powerful storytelling and logical communication to bring clarity to complex global initiatives. - Work Globally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in product management with a clear understanding of portfolio products" impact on business outcomes. - Strong technical acumen with knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, backend services, and experience in complex platform products. - Domain knowledge in managing product strategy for B2B software, data management, system integrations, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures. - Exceptional judgment in problem-solving, value creation, and elegant solution design. - Proactive, creative, and persistent communicator with a track record of effective collaboration and trust-building. - Hands-on mentality with a focus on modern product discovery and delivery techniques, accountability for outcomes, and team empowerment. - Global mindset with a passion for building inclusive products for a diverse user base.
