We are looking for passionate and results-driven professionals to join us on this transformative journey. **Key Responsibilities:** - **EV Software Platform & OS** - Own the full product lifecycle of IoT Telematics Software and other on-vehicle platforms for 2W EVs. - Define and roll out customer-loved features like Cruise Control, Hill Hold, Range Estimation, and OTA updates. - Optimize cloud-to-vehicle communication, reducing latency and operating costs while improving user experience. - **Spiro Maps - Mobility Intelligence Platform** - Define the vision and roadmap of Spiro Maps, Spiro's proprietary geospatial intelligence system. - Integrate real-time GPS, telematics, road condition intelligence, and urban mobility data to optimize route planning, delivery SLAs, and swap station location planning. - Lead the deployment of GoPro-enabled edge data capture systems for automated detection of potholes, road conditions, and congestion feeding directly into map layers. - Partner with IoT and Telematics teams to build data annotation pipelines, map APIs, and decision intelligence dashboards. - **Data Monetization - Smart Asset Financing Tool** - Drive product strategy for IoT Telematics based Smart Asset Financing Tool, our AI-powered platform for EV asset financing. - Build analytics layers that determine asset residual value, predict default risk, and automate loan disbursements or immobilization logic. - Collaborate with lending partners, field officers, and command centers to ensure transparency and operational accuracy. - **Industry 5.0 & Factory OS** - Lead the design and execution of Factory OS, our in-house manufacturing execution system for cell and vehicle assembly plants. - Enable 90%+ automation across data capture, production flows, and machine monitoring in a scalable and modular architecture. - Build digital twin ecosystems that simulate manufacturing operations and reduce downtime by 90%+. - **ADAS, Telematics & Autonomous Mobility** - Define and lead development of ADAS features for urban 2W/4W EVs with safety, reliability, and scalability in mind. - Lead UI/UX design for connected rider experiences and smart diagnostics through mobile apps and dashboards. - Collaborate on cross-border regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, NCAP) and embedded testing strategies. **Qualification Required:** - 10+ years in product leadership with deep exposure to mobility platforms, EVs, ADAS, or geospatial technology. - Proven experience with SaaS platform design, IoT, data science integration, and smart manufacturing workflows. - Hands-on work with connected vehicles, map-based analytics, and financial inclusion products. - Bachelors/Masters in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, CS); MS from a top global university (e.g., Columbia) is a strong plus. - Experience leading distributed teams across India, USA, China, and emerging markets in Africa.,
