Company Description Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the worlds money, Min fees Max ease Full speed, Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money, As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money, For everyone, everywhere, Job Description More about our mission and what we offer, Salary Range: INR 3,406,000 3,926,000 Per Annum + RSU's Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of Indian customers and help your team to focus on solving their most critical problems, The focus of this team is to ensure that customers in India use Wise in the most seamless, cost-effective, convenient, and fast way The goal for you, in this role will be to focus on and impact parts of our product that will help us scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money transfers You will also help create a roadmap for Wises expansion in India, and bring more of Wises features to the country, How Youll Contribute Provide data drive insight to inform product decisions, from improving our onboarding flow to reduce friction using one product, Partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs for the India team and monitor new product features impact on conversion, stickiness and engagement, Understand customers and the impact of our product on their lives, Build conviction on high-value areas and challenge them if there are faster or more effective ways to grow the market, Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Wises expansion in India, introducing more of Wises innovative features to the market, Inspire a team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued, Make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders, Work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure alignment and integration of regional initiatives with Wises overall strategy, This Role Will Give You The Opportunity To Choose your path to impact we believe people are most empowered when they can act autonomously So rather than telling you what to do, youll work with your team to create a vision of your own Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but youll have the freedom to make your own calls Grow as a Product Analyst Grow and inspire your team and others across Wise Get amazing exposure to the full breadth and depth of our product while working with a group of multi disciplinary teams of amazing, smart and dedicated product analysts, engineers, product managers, researchers, designers and many more The freedom to have real impact The opportunities youll identify are key to Wise reaching future millions of customers and redefining how payments work internationally at scale Qualifications Ideal candidate would have: At least 7 years of experience Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the Indian banking and financial industry, Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, designers, analysts) Relevant experience in a data driven and complex environment with limited guidance Understanding of events data Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar Excellent data visualisation and presentation skills Hustler-mentality You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done, Good To Have Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem in India Knowledge of regulations and competitive landscape Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT Experience on funnel optimization Experience in Data Science and Machine Learning Interest in learning new tools Additional Information For everyone, everywhere We're people building money without borders ? without judgement or prejudice, too We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive, We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences, Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers, If you want to find out more about what it's like to work at Wise visit Wise Jobs, Keep up to date with life at Wise by following us on LinkedIn and Instagram,
