Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the design of Plumbing (PHE) Systems for new and refurbishment projects in Commercial Office Buildings and campuses. This includes the design and execution of rainwater harvesting systems, storm water management systems, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, fire hydrant systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire tender roads, fire pump rooms, etc. Additionally, you will review and optimize designs, BOQs, and specifications for all works, ensuring they remain relevant and in line with code requirements. Your role will also involve upgrading standards and specifications as needed, conducting technical and commercial evaluations of vendor proposals, and managing project execution with vendor partners to ensure successful and timely completion. You will oversee the complete life cycle of projects from design to commissioning independently, identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in line with organizational standards. Moreover, you will be responsible for overseeing operations quality, driving Operations Excellence, promoting innovation, and incorporating the latest technologies to deliver world-class buildings and campuses. Additionally, you will manage other infrastructure-related works as required. Qualifications required for this role include a BE in Mechanical, Sanitary, or Civil Engineering, with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.,
