Job Summary: Drive the performance media marketingstrategy for our D2C operations across personal care brands and categories,focusing on optimizing digital advertising campaigns to achieve sales andgrowth objectives. The ideal candidate will also serve as the digital thoughtleader, helping to identify trends, evolving best practices, and newtechnologies/tools for all digital efforts that drive engagement and ROI. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: - Develop and execute a performance mediastrategy for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. - Set and monitor Kepis for digital marketingcampaigns. 2. Campaign Management: - Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channeldigital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram). - Manage budget allocation for optimal ROI. - Adjust strategies based on campaignperformance analysis. 3. Analytics and Reporting: - Track, measure, and report on campaignperformance using analytics tools. - Provide data-driven insights andrecommendations for future marketing strategies. 4. Collaboration: - Lead the performance media marketing team forthe Business - Work with the creative team on ad creativesand messaging. - Align marketing efforts with product launchesand promotions. - Coordinate with external agencies andvendors. 5. Market and Competitor Analysis: - Conduct market research to stay updated onindustry trends and competitors. - Identify growth opportunities and areas forimprovement. Requirements Required Knowledge and Skills: 1. Experience: - 4-6 years Provenperformance marketing experience, preferably in D2C companies or personal care. - Success in driving customer acquisition andrevenue growth. 2. Technical Skills: - Proficiency with digital marketing platformsand tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). - Strong analytical skills for datainterpretation and decision-making. - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is aplus. 3. Communication and Collaboration: - Excellent communication skills. - Team management skills. - Effective collaboration with cross-functionalteams. - Strong project management skills. 4. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with D2C business models ande-commerce platforms. - Familiarity with CRM systems and marketingautomation tools. - Relevant digital marketing certifications.
