Job Description

As a Linux / UNIX Systems Architect, your responsibilities will include: - Providing primary support for Linux / UNIX Systems architecture - Managing directory services such as LDAP - Handling system backup, archive and restore processes as needed - Collaborating with monitoring tools to ensure system and network health - Assisting desktop support staff with troubleshooting when required - Troubleshooting and maintaining Cisco Hardware for network issues (Certifications will be a plus) - Collaborating closely with the technical and functional teams to contribute to system and infrastructure design You should meet the following qualifications: - Possess a university degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related organization - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UNIX/Linux system administration - Demonstrate advanced Perl scripting knowledge - Exhibit strong networking and IT security expertise - Have hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, proxies, Email & Encryption Gateways, Web Application Firewalls, wireless solutions, and MDM solutions - Be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
