Lead Machine Learning Engineer

You are an experienced AI Lead with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). You have a proven track record in successfully leading and delivering multiple projects in AI technologies, with a strong knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end AI projects, providing technical expertise in AI, staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies, managing a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the quality and accuracy of AI solutions, and contributing to the development of AI strategies and roadmaps. You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with an advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience in artificial intelligence, expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries, knowledge of MLOps tools and cloud platforms, experience with Generative AI and LLMs, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to dynamic environments. It would be beneficial if you have published papers in AI, ML, Deep Learning, or NLP, AI-related patents, and active involvement in AI communities, forums, or Kaggle rankings.
