Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Machine Learning Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and software development, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Excellent understanding of computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning concepts.
Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, calculus, or probability theory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
