Experience in Handling MACT and Employee Compensation cases at Motor Accident Claims Tribunal and MACT High Court Appeals.
Good knowledge of Law Viz. Motor Vehicle Act, Employee Compensation Act, Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bhartiya Nagrik Surakshan Sanhita, Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam and Contract Act.

Management of TP Claims, Coordinate with Advocate, , Drafting/Vetting WS, Attend Lok Adalat, Comply Court Awards, Filing Appeals, Obtaining Stay, Filing Revision/reviews. Conduct monthly review of claims, timely reserves, pursue Pay and Recovery. Ensure TAT, preapare MIS, Review Advocate performances. Evidence to be adduced in Court, Travel to Location for cases review and evidence. Maintain Digitalized Claim files.
