Lead Java Full Stack Engineer (Angular)

As a Lead Java Engineer, you will be responsible for frontend development using Angular and backend technologies. You will contribute to critical application and product development projects to create innovative and user-friendly web applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintenance and support of IQ product in Identity Management system - Incidents triage, refinement, and management - Incidents troubleshooting and root cause analysis - Bug fixing and verification - Unit tests coverage and automation - Establishing tools for tracking and controlling SLA - Helping triage incoming requests - Supporting deployment process including hotfix releases - Interacting with new feature development teams for knowledge sharing - Creating documentation - Running change management process - Negotiating with support service levels on the client's side - Day-to-day leadership of the engineering team **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 9 to 15 years of experience in Java development - Proven track record of running Support Service with committed SLAs - Hands-on experience with incident management process - Profound understanding of ITIL processes - Solid knowledge in Metrics & KPIs - Advanced understanding of Angular - Profound understanding of engineering excellence principles and practices - Hands-on experience leading large-scale technical teams - Advanced experience with object-oriented analysis and design - Great communication skills - Hands-on experience with Microservices **Nice to Have:** - Knowledge of IAM - Experience with Continuous Delivery - Experience in instrumenting code for gathering production performance metrics - Good understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles In addition to the above qualifications, the technologies you will be working with include Java, IAM Knowledge, Microservices, and Angular.,
