Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer We are hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for our Singapore-based client to work at their Hyderabad office. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot , and Angular . Own the technical architecture and drive best practices in code quality, design patterns, and system scalability . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software. Review code, provide technical mentorship, and support developers in resolving complex issues. Define and enforce standards for code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability. Ensure timely delivery of features through Agile processes leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Design and implement robust RESTful APIs , manage database schemas (SQL/NoSQL), and integrate third-party services. Champion DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest tools/processes to improve efficiency. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in full stack development with strong hands-on expertise in: Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs Frontend frameworks : Angular (v10+) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. PostgreSQL, MySql Strong understanding of microservices architecture , system design, and integration patterns. Experience with version control (Git) , build tools (Maven/Gradle) , and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) . Proven experience leading technical teams and owning project delivery end to end.
