Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a

  high-performing Java development team

• Drive

  Java, Spring, and Microservices

• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to define and deliver solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 9 - 15 years

  of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in

  Java, Spring, Microservices

• Cloud experience is mandatory

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with

  Kafka

  .
• Solid background in

  Banking, Cards, Payments, Investments, or Financial Services domains

  .
• Proven

  team management

  experience (leading, mentoring, managing deliverables).
