Lead IT

As the IT Team Lead at Sterlite Technologies Limited, you will be responsible for leading the overall IT team or module in a specific location and managing specialized IT functions. Your key accountabilities will include: - Managing all activities related to licensing, contracts with dealers, and user records - Responding to complex IT issues from the business and resolving escalated complaints at the location - Performing routine activities such as software installation, upgradation, bug fixing, and managing exceptions that cannot be resolved by IT support - Overseeing IT asset management at the location - Implementing plans proposed by Group/Functional IT Head at the location Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; M.S.
